Built For More Challenge: Part 2 begins March 23rd, and this next phase is about going deeper—not just in fitness, but in the way we live, think, and show up for the lives God has called us to.
This challenge was created for every woman, no matter where she’s starting from. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, gain muscle, or simply become more disciplined in your daily life, this program is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow from there.
Built For More isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, consistency, and becoming the woman God created you to be.
Here’s what to expect:
1. A Structured 6-Week Training Program
You’ll receive a fully structured 6-week workout program designed to support women at any fitness level and any goal—whether you're focused on fat loss, building strength, gaining muscle, or simply creating better habits with movement.
All workouts will be delivered through my training app, where you’ll have access to your full program along with exercise demonstration videos for every movement so you always know exactly what to do.
Inside the app you’ll also be able to:
• Track your progress throughout the challenge
• Upload before & after photos to document your transformation
• Connect with other women in the support group chat for encouragement and accountability
The challenge itself is 6 weeks long, but you’ll have full access to the workouts for 8 weeks so you have extra time to complete the program at your pace—because life happens, and I want you to succeed.
2. Sample Meal Plans Included
Nutrition plays an important role in honoring and fueling the body God has given us. Inside the challenge, you’ll receive sample meal plans and guidance to help you make balanced, nourishing choices that support your training and overall well-being.
3. Weekly Zoom Bible Study
Our physical growth means little without spiritual growth. Each week we’ll come together for live Bible study, diving into God’s word and learning how faith strengthens our discipline, mindset, and purpose.
4. Weekly Prayers & Spiritual Support
Every Monday you’ll receive a guided prayer that aligns with our weekly Bible study, helping you stay rooted in faith and intentional in your spiritual growth throughout the challenge.
5. Optional 21-Day Fast
For those who feel led, we will also begin the challenge with an optional 21-day fast as a way to deepen our relationship with God, strengthen our discipline, and reset both spiritually and physically.
